JAMBALAYA...A New Orleans’s inspired dish of pork, sausage, pepper and spicy rice, topped with chicken and prawns

HOME MADE CHICKEN KIEV...with lashings of garlic butter

FRED ASTAIRE...chicken with leeks and cream, served with a puff pastry top hat

CAESAR SALAD...with chicken, bacon, shaved parmesan, pine nuts & garlic dressing..nuts

TANDOORI CHICKEN...served on a vegetable Biryani, with a pompadom and a dollop of minted crème friache
